How Can I Get More Google Reviews?
Ask every customer, soon after the job, while it's fresh. Make it one tap: send your Google review link, not instructions for finding you. Then reply to every review, good or bad, because future customers can see your replies too.
Is It Legal to Buy Google Reviews?
No. The Federal Trade Commission's final rule on fake reviews, announced August 14, 2024, prohibits businesses from buying fake reviews, and from offering payment or other incentives for reviews that say something positive or negative. Google's own policy bans fake engagement: content that doesn't represent a genuine experience.
That's why our requests go only to real customers, after a real job, and never offer anything in return. Every customer gets the same request, whatever they thought of the job.
What Review Request Services Cost
The six review services we checked charge from $29 a month (email only, billed yearly) to $299 a month for their top plan, going by their own websites, which we read in September 2026. With us, texted review requests are $25 a month on Basic and included with Pro and Business.
How Setup Works
Business texting in the US has to be registered with the phone carriers before it can run, so we start setup after you order and tell you when it's switched on.
