What Is Missed-Call Text-Back?
It's an automatic reply. When a call to your business goes unanswered, the caller gets a short text, such as a note that you're with a customer and will call back soon. You don't have to do anything when it happens.
Can I Automatically Text Back a Missed Call?
Yes. Some business phone systems have an automatic reply built in, and stand-alone tools add one. The tools we checked cost from $99 a month for the cheapest stand-alone service to $199 a month and up for a full platform, going by the five providers' own websites, which we read in September 2026.
With us, it's $50 a month on Basic and included with Pro and Business.
How Setup Works
Business texting in the US has to be registered with the phone carriers before it can run, so we start setup after you order and tell you when it's switched on. What the text says is up to you.
