Privacy policy
Draknar Webworks — last updated August 20, 2026
Plain and short: we collect what you type into our forms so we can respond to you, and nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
What we collect
When you use a contact or order form on this site, we receive what you submit — typically your name, phone or email, and your message. That's the only personal information this site collects. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use third-party analytics that profile you.
Your browser may store small display preferences (like a theme setting) on your own device. Those never leave your device and identify nothing.
How we use it
To answer you, and to do the work you asked about. Form submissions are delivered to us and stored securely so a message never gets lost. If you become a client, your submissions become part of your client record.
Where it lives
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database in the United States. Payments, when you make one, are handled by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our systems.
How long we keep it
For clients: we keep the leads your site collects for as long as you're with us. If you leave, you get a full export of your leads, and we delete our copy 30 days after that.
For everyone else: if you contacted us and nothing came of it, we simply have your message. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Want to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Just ask — one message does it. Reach us at draknardistribution@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date at the top. We won't quietly change what we do with your information.
