Every website we build comes with a monthly care plan: Basic at $49, Pro at $99, or Business at $149. We host the site, keep your domain and your Google listing current, make the changes you text or email us, and send you a report every month. There's nothing to log in to and nothing to learn.
What Every Plan Covers
- Hosting and security. We keep the site monitored, fix problems promptly, and use reasonable, industry-standard security.
- Your domain, registered in your name during the build.
- Changes by text or email. Hours, prices, text, services and photo swaps, unlimited within reason, usually made the same day.
- Your Google Business Profile kept current, with a report every month.
- A branded email address and a site that AI search tools can read.
- A working copy of your site and your leads, so the site can be rebuilt if anything goes wrong.
Your site is built as fast, plain pages, not on WordPress, so there are no plugins or themes to keep patching.

How Much Does It Cost to Hire Someone to Maintain a Website?
Published prices for monthly website care in the US run from about $25 to $750 a month. Those are the prices 14 providers list on their own websites, which we read in September 2026.
The price follows what's included: hosting, the domain, security, a working copy of the site, the changes you ask for, and whether someone also looks after your Google listing and search. Ours is $49 to $149 a month, and every plan includes hosting, the domain and your changes.
How Much Does Website Maintenance Cost for a Small Business?
Break it into what you actually pay for: web hosting, domain registration, security, backups, the time it takes to make changes, and keeping your Google listing current. On a website builder such as Wix, the monthly plan covers the hosting and you do the rest yourself; Wix's Business plan runs about $36 to $40 a month.
A care plan puts the work in the price. With us, one monthly payment covers all of it, plus a monthly report.
Can I Hire Someone to Manage My Website?
Yes. A freelancer, an agency, or a plan like ours can all run it for you. Before you pick, ask five things: whose name the domain is in, how you send a change, how fast it gets made, what it costs each month, and what you keep if you leave.
With us, the domain is in your name, you text or email a change and it's usually done the same day, and if you leave, your leads and your domain go with you. If you also want someone on your social media, the Business plan includes 8 to 12 social media posts a month on your Facebook and Instagram and 1 newsletter each month.
How Long Does Website Maintenance Take?
For you, a few seconds: text or email the change. We usually make it the same day. The upkeep you don't see runs on our side all the time: monitoring the site, keeping it secure, and keeping a working copy of your site and your leads.
Bigger work isn't maintenance. New pages, a redesign or a new feature is a new build or a quoted project, and we tell you which side of the line a request is on before anything costs money.
What a Care Plan Doesn't Promise
- Uninterrupted uptime. The internet still blinks. We monitor the site and fix problems promptly, but nobody can promise zero downtime.
- Search rankings or a number of calls. We build and run your site to win you business and report its traffic honestly, but no one controls Google's decisions.
- Online stores. We don't build them yet.
